Flow of hate under Nihilus

Hi, I'm wondering if ep's flow of hate (health steal) works under nihilus lead

It is marked as "health_recovery", just like all other heals that aren't 'health_steal", which is blocked under dn lead so probably not. It will most likely still reduce everyone's health though.

I've used it myself under Nihilus lead lol. I can post a screenshot of a GW using it after my guild refresh in about an hour if you want any proof. But I'll need help posting a screenshot haha

Nihilus lead gives everyone health steal so all that damage he does gets converted to health just like any other aoe

Hmmm... I didn't think about it actually causing damage and thus being health steal. So I will take back my previous guess.

Now I am really intrigued about this. According to the mechanics it shouldn't be able to health steal.


I wonder if the heal @Rakim is seeing is health steal from his unique crackling doom, which as @Alsend_Drake stated can health steal.

I will have to play around in GW tomorrow.

That's an excellent point, you are 100% right. The health steal is from his unique, not the special. Just went through a run in GW and verified it
