What are the top speed centric characters for Light and Dark and is there a viable team in there somewhere or must you have control or dps mixed in and slow it down?
If you check out the galaxy of heroes cantina db, they show all of the characters speeds when fully geared. Also, keep in mind that anything 143 and over is basically the same.

Yeah all are the same for 143 and up. Off my memory, Rey, Hoth Scout, Leia, Poe, Gunray, GS, Dooku and Sid are all up there. Keep in mind, if you use a speed leader ability QGJ for example, others can be bumped up to first turn priority.
I'd say it's best to get 3 of your 5 in that range and then abuse turn meter control with Phasma and others. But there's multiple ways to make top teams, don't let people tell you otherwise
