Exiting a ship battle should be allowed when the other team is attacking

im going to write this as a user story so you can just plop it down into your back log.

As a user, who as spent thousands on this game, i would like to exit a ship battle at any time, even when the ai is attacking, because the amount of turns the ai gets even at 4x takes so long that, i during that time consider throwing my phone across the room shattering it into a million pieces. Since these challenges have nothing to do with strategy in any shape or form and rely on pure luck i need to be able to completely cancel out of a battle the instant i know my advantage has been lost. I shouldnt have to wait until the computer completes its 600 turns between my last attack and my next one.

Makes the game unplayable and should be addressed in the next sprint to be released as an emergency patch. This is for all game modes not just arena
