So can i expect R1 characters to be F2P by the end of the month?

No one knows.

The release cadence can not be predicted or judged by the R1 toons.

I believe we are looking at 2-6 weeks from when they hit the shipment if we want to try to guess.

Just happened, last week, or so. Baze has been there a while but like I said, can't judge by the R1 toons.

640 crystals for 8 shards doesn't really fit in "f2p" . Unless you are top 5 in arena, which believe it or not isn't possible for everybody to achieve

Any ideas when are they going to put them in maybe cantina shop/battles or maybe guild shipments?

Look for a single hard node on each. I'd be shocked if these go to cantina or guild shipments.
