Does it work for that character if he/she is not leader.
Example has Dooku evasion from his leader ability or does Fett gets his Crit dmg.

Leadership abilities only apply if that character is in the leader spot for the team. (Or you're using an Ally support).

If they're not the leader, their leadership ability is basically useless.
