Jedi-When would you replace....

So, I recently grabbed an Old Ben from a chromium, and obviously QGJ is now farmable in cantina shipments. So, my questions:
I have a 6*, max gear, lvl 67 Ahsoka Tano. At what point should I stick Old Ben on my arena team to replace her? Old Ben is 4*, gear lvl 6(1 piece from 7), and lvl 58 for now.
I also have a Jedi Con at 6*, max gear, lvl 67. Farming QGJ, he is 4*, max gear, lvl 67. At what point should I swap QGJ for JC? His lower health is an issue, but 2 healers in PvP is an issue in defense I feel like.
So what do you guys think? Should I replace them, and when? I'm thinking Old Ben whenever he matches Ahsokas gear level. And QGJ I was thinking of putting on my arena team at 5*. Thoughts?
