Rex inquiry

Has Rex been nerfed? I've started playing after 4 months away and he seems to have gotten pretty bad. Recently 7*ed him but his health pool is still low, and most importantly he doesn't seem to be able to use his Tenacity Up special on auto.
All answers/help is appreciated. Cheers!

Not that I know of, he has always had one of the lowest amounts of health and the AI only uses squad discipline if his team has debuffs, also I think it prioritizes subdue

Anything else I need to know being away for 4 months? Currently running an arena team of Palpatine(L), Vader, Sidious, Chewbacca, and Rex/Phasma.

Drop chewbacca for royal guard or shoretrooper if you have him?

Just know Rex led teams are still the bombdigity on Offense, and hold extremely well on Defense with a good squad (ie Rex lead, GK, Chaze, and Nilly).
