This was a funny animation bug that happened to me in galactic war. The R2D2 smokescreen animation continued for multiple turns. It stopped once the move timer refreshed and I used it again.
Had this happen to me, and a dev just brushed it off saying because of the quality of my screenshot I had a low spec device and probably lagged, then closed the thread.
Since your stealth and shadows have the same pattern mine did in the scrednshot, maybe that's also related to the bug.
