My gang and i already did these last time
But several are getting the first time rewards again
What was intended?

That didn't happen for me. I think it's like the other flash events where you only get them the first time since it launched.

Yep. Once you complete the tiers the first time awards are gone. As I know these are meant to gear up farmer Luke - good. I wish the rewards were re-booted. This event is "month" long and for me personally not worth the time invested.

Right majority got the nice but lesser rewards
Several exclaimed they got scavenger shards again and all rewards said "1st time"
Somehow they reset
If it was just 1 guy id write it off but 3 now (and im seeing the scav promotions)

Well alright
Since im here now...
Minor nitpick but i still have troubles with events and their icons pushing
All fine in well for me, i read forums and restart the game 10 times a day
Bad for new players tho, they have no idea they missed anything

I also received 1st time rewards today.

Fairly sure this has to do with leveling up into a new "level band". During the Phoenix squad events i went from lvl 79 to 80 and was able to get the 1st time mods again the next time it popped up.

I think unlocking last tier since last rotation is possible too

Im L85 and havent 6* luke yet so no joy

I think it is level tier, first time around I completed T1 and T2 as level 59, then was level 60 when the next flash event hit. Got the extra jawa shards. Now I'm level 78 (on my alt) and got T1 and T2 jawa shards again. If I hit 80 before end of August, I'll get mega shard shop currency.

Helps leveling players, but not players at level cap
