Which Luke unique to zeta?

Both of them look promising. "Learn Control" would make him more of a threat on defense under AI control. "It Binds All Things" on the other hand makes him better overall too, and more of an asset in raids with the TM gain. Not huge, but it's a decent boost. I'm leaning towards "Learn Control" but I'd like to hear some other thoughts on it.

    Thanks, should have put it here but wasn't thinking. If you had to pick one to do first, what would be your first choice?

    they play well together with the resist and 100% tenacity. but i would go "it binds all things" first
