It has probably been discussed before, so pardon me if this is redundant.
I see a lot of focus on mods and gear, and not so such on toon level.

How much effect does toon level (alone) really have?

Is there really that much difference on the strength of a certain toon at level 70 and 85? (apart from unlocking higher ability and gear levels).
