Territory Battles star thresholds to get Gems

Does anyone know how many stars a guild needs to get, to get Gems as part of the rewards? I am sure we got about 21 stars in DS TB and we got gems, but looking at the current LS TB it seems we need to get 25 stars to get Gems. Is this difference always been there, or have the developers made it harder to get Gems in TB recently?

    As of Feb 3, 2018:
    - LS TBattles needs 25 stars to start getting gems (100)
    - DS TBattles needs ?21? stars to start getting gems (100)

    Ds Tbs are harder, so you get more rewards for less stars.

    Not sure I agree. I can see our guild getting 23 stars in the near future in LS TB but not 25. But we can easily get gems (21 stars) in DS TB.

    But has the LS TB stars for gems always been 25?

    I know it's silly but it really bugs me when people call them "gems."
