DT’s grenade sound making noise

I have the sound turned off in game when I play. I use troopers for GW. Whenever DT throws a grenade now after the update today, it makes a loud explosion sound. It’s the only sound that is made from battles. Just did 2 GW runs and it happened every time. Can you please look into this?
