Sith raid tokens not allocated to our guild

Our guild Unrelenting Force did not receive the 150K raid tickets announced in the update. Did any other guilds have this problem? I have submitted a ticket but got a reply from Harmond saying that no bug had been reported so it was working as intended.
Very disappointed that EA did not even check out our guild as they would have seen that we don't have tokens so would have been an easy fix.
Was told to post here so a dev will see it and investigate.

    Also our guild leadership changed after the 22nd February so even though we have been in existence for over 2 years your system might think we are a new guild due to leadership change.

    You will need to open a support ticket through the EA Help, help button in game. That's yoiur best bet to get this resolved

    I did open a ticket and the answer I got was to make post here on the forums!
    I have since resumed the ticket through their chat system and allegedly it has been escalated to the specialist support team.
    Will see what happens but looks as if there was s a bug that will penalize guilds that changed leader between the 22nd February and the Sith raid update.

    After 24 hours still no comment from a dev nor a response from the specialist support team to the ticket that has been raised. Disappointingly bad customer service, would they have taken this long to resolve an issue for one of the top ranking guilds? Don't think so.

    Posted in EA help, no reply. Raised a ticket 48 hours ago and no resolution.
    Is it really that difficult to offer effective customer service?

    Yes, if this had happened to Team Instinct I wonder how long it would have taken to sort out?
