Yep, Poe is still way better than RG just because the turn manipulation.
RG is ok, he is really fast when your team gets AoEs and the stun on basic attack is handy. He still gets 1-shot by Reys and GSs same as Poe.
I'm trying, but I can't see a reason why using him over Poe, he's gonna get 1-shot anyways, and Poe at least popped a nice group utility (Expose + Turn meter reduction) while RG only popped the taunt.
If they ever fix the stupid damage some toons are doing, then yeah he will probably be meta.
As of right now, he is only threatening in this forum for certain professional complainers.

My game is in portuguese. 913M means 913 thousands... not enough to upgrade a character from 6 to 7 star for example.
