Since everyone asks if they can do it, I want to know too if I will be able to do it. So I first started planning on a team onto get r2 to 7*: palpatine lead gear 10, Vader gear 10, DT gear 11,GMT gear 8 and snowtrooper gear 10 but then the event calendar for June was announced and I quickly realised I need to change plans because DT was not doable, (the time given was not enough) so I changed plans and started upgrading magmatrooper gear 8 and I wondered if the team could do it so here is my team on swgoh.gg:

    You'll be fine. Make sure to have credits on hand to level Tarkin up if you run into problems, but the rest of your squad is overkill for this event.

    Snow is going to smash them!(he can deal so much damage). Did you do the 7* tier? What did you use?

    It will be easy. I beat the last tier using EP g10,Vader g11, Stormtrooper g8, Magmatrooper g7 and RG g8.
    If my team completed the event, it will be a walk in the park for you.

    Ok well thanks to bring me confidence!!!! I think I will be able to do it, and I am so excited as well because I will get cls right after it!

    I forgot to say that if you can't complete the last tier, try using your arena mods.

    Yes it seems like a logical thing to do, except palp and Vader are part of my arena team so it’s ok for them.

    I got 7* R2 with Tarkin (L) G9.5, Vader G9.5, TFP G9.5, RG G8, and Stormtrooper G8, all level 79, and the best mods I could possibly scrounge up. It was a terrible RNG-fest, but I did it. Trust me when I say you're good, lol.

    I just got snow and tarkin to gear 10 and 8 and the farm for magma and snow is going to be finished ep way before the r2 event so it’s fine (you get 15 shards a day from galactic wars shipments so it’s takes only 6 days to get 90 shards). :)
