Looking for hstr help

Are you in a guild that is already doing hstr but can't score high enough to get those coveted g12+ pieces? Well, we have the answer for you. Join our guild. We are on the verge of doing hstr and just need a few strong players to help out a bit. We get bumped up to hstr and you get a better shot at getting the top spot and better gear. It's a win win.
Our guild is at about 120m gp and close to hstr. We currently pull in about 35 stars in ls tb and 39 in ds tb.
We are looking for a player or two with hstr ready teams that can give us a boost to hstr. Preferably already with multiple teams able to do hstr dmg but we will consider players above 2 mil gp with at least one team ready if you are active.

How so? We are looking for mercs or high level players. That's what the title says.
A merc comes if for about 6-12 hours and does a raid and goes home.
They don't join a guild really. They don't care about your tb performance or anything else.
Fair enough. I changed it to be more what we're looking for.
