I was a guild leader of a launch guild that was a very fun and sucessful adventure - until HSTR. We struggled and struggled but kept coming up short. We spent a ton of time looking for a merger, we thought we found a great home. A few months into the merger the alliance and the guild are not at all what we told. Yes, we're crushing content but it is a miserable atmosphere. I have a group of roughly 15 that are loyal to me and each other. We want to have a top-end guild without the typical end game garbage

What we are looking to build
• We want to have a friendly but competive guild.
• 500 daily tickets because life happens. Push for 600 obviously because we want to hit those raids but no ticket nagging.

Fenixgr is a Greek guild with all heroic raids on farm, 31 TW wins and achieving 42/44 stars in TB.
After this TB ends, there will be 6 spots open that we would very much like to fill before the next TB starts.
We are looking for active players that do their 600, have teams for TW and can do the waves and special missions in TB. Preferably over 2,5M GP but not too strict if the roster is good.
Our guild reset is at 19:30 local time (GMT+2 Athens) and our raids start automatically with a 24h join period at 22:00 local time.

Genuinely, we are very focused and like to maintain zero stress and have members from all over the world, although mostly UK and US. Very active discord channel which has everything you might want to see ranging from Sith Raid tactics to Midget Wrestling and our guild members range from 1m to 3.8m ish. That kind of evidences the fact we are about the right people. I'd rather a 1.5m Player with the right attitude than a 3.5M player who thinks they are the mutts nuts because they have a g12 Pao. Maintaining guild happiness is the main thing as I find people want to work together when they are happy
