Largely due to the memories associated with them rather than actual gameplay quality and in no particular order:
KOTOR (my first ever RPG-type game)
Ocarina of Time
Super Smash Bros, the original
Starfox N64 (I think this was my first ever video game and I freakin' loved it)
Deus Ex
Honorable mentions go to Mario kart and the fallout and elder scrolls series
Ace Combat 5
Battlefront 2 (2005)
Age of Mythology
Skyrim
Pokemon SoulSilver
It's extremely hard to pick just 5 cause there are so many games I love. But these has stood the test of time as I still play all of them from time to time.

Omg how could I have forgotten Mass Effect.
Well EA pushed the release of ME3 so the ending was a real let down and ultimately let down the whole trilogy, so I guess Mass Effect could be easily forgotten.
If EA are reading this post - please learn your lesson in this regard...thanks.

I loved parts of ME3. But the story I feel didn't ever change much no matter what "choices" you decided to make.
