C3P0 zeta priority

I intend to use both C3P0s zetas. However only have the mats for 1 at the moment. Wondering which I should do first. I’m thinking his special first. Any ideas?

    Oh my Goodness that should be 1st.Confuse 2 times on the enemy gives you a advantage. He is really good in Sith Raid phase 1 He pits confuse on DN he can't gain buffs Sion can't counter either .

    Confuse has different effects on raid bosses. -30% counter chance and -50% defence I think

    My opinion - O my Goodness for sure! And second zeta, that's gives him and r2 one translation buff at start of battle, is arguable. Not sure if it worth zet mats at all.
