i was about to run a CM (Phoenix) for territory battles, but the app suddenly and unexpectedly closed. i am unable to get any score for that CM and i cannot launch it again since the specific team has already been used. how can i get compensation for this?

*NOTE: i did not intentionally close the app, im not that kind of gamer, if i lost I'll accept that but if its the game closing unintentionally that aint fair
