**[PSA]** Game frozen/Can't log in[MERGE]

Myself and a few others are stuck on the loading screen. Wondering how wide spread this is.

Other sites have had outages the past few days as well.
That's true. It might be the server and nothing really related to the game.
Not in all of Europe. I have two guildmates in Germany and they're unable to connect.
