How is it unfair if neither of you bothered to do anything? Next time try and play the game mode if you want better rewards.

They have never issued a tie in GA.

Seriously though, ties do not happen, the tie breaker is the player with the higher locked in GP. So if you want to win, try , idk, fighting a battle or two.
