Is royal guard worth starring and using?

I have him at 4* and i want to know if i should work on him. I am working on rey and anakin right now so maybe i should worki on him instead of anakin? What should i do? His taunt is great but also his stun seems really awesome.

I have a high dmg team with 5* lumi as lead, 6* JC has main heal and 7* IG86/88 as dps.
The royal guard works very well with them specially on arena.
Only because of his auto-taunt when an ally fall under half health your should have him in a high dps low hp group, alowing you to stand 1 to 2 turn with full squad up.
But I must admit before 4* lvl 7 gear he is a bit weak.
