Stealthed allies have +25% Evasion. In addition, whenever a Stealthed ally Evades an attack, they gain +25% Offense (stacking) until their next attack. While the TIE Phantom is Stealthed, it ignores Stealth and Taunt and gains Foresight for 1 turn whenever Stealth expires on it.

Enter Battle: TIE Phantom and the lowest Health non-Tank ally gain Stealth for 2 turns. Inflict Accuracy Down on all enemies for 2 turns, which can't be Resisted.

Beauty of kit is reinforcment. Can you see the people RNG raging when they miss 20 attacks in a row.
HK47 also uses true damage. I think the devs are going to start adding it into a bunch of their new kits and reworks.
