Let’s take a vote on who we think. In Canon only. Some characters like Bane count because of Clone Wars. Others, like Traya and co., don’t - not canon. Could Rey end up being the most important? Who knows. Explain your reasoning. Is it Chewie because he is an ever present source of help? Is it Dooku because of his choice to leave the order and join Darth Sideous?

Non-canon though.
No Sidious to create Anakin then no Anakin to create C3P0, Luke or Leia let alone create the clones and separatist army and all that follows that.
Ani may or may not exist when Palps is gone because we don't know if Palps is definitely the 'father', but let's just that Ani exists and Palp was not the father. Ani would still have been discovered by Qui-Gon, who may still have lived as there's no Palps to train Maul, and QG would've trained Ani. With no Sheev around to corrupt Ani, Ani would remain Ani and anything after RotS wouldn't happen.
Small? The reason he created it was there were too many and they were always killing each other for power and dominance. He made it small by only having a Master and Apprentice. Dont get much smaller.
BTW, Palpatine and Vader didnt live by the rule of two. Neither did Tyrannus or many other Sith. They were Sith therefore rule breakers, lol
