The other two are Arquitens-class Cruisers. Which are escort class ships. Not capital ships.

Technically an "Escort" class ship is very much a "Capital" ship.

What its not is a True "Cruiser" (despite the name) or "Star Destroyer" class.

Its a "Frigate" in size near as I can tell at only 325m long.

1/4 the length of the Venator class or the Rebel "Home One".

1/5 the length of the Imperial I-II classes.

That said, on might ask why the Separatists get a ship that dwarfs all the rest of the factions just like Kenobi gets some baby escorts. Apparently if you arrived in 2019 you get to be cooler than the first class kids.
