Returning after years, level 80. Should I restart?

Hey everyone, looking for a little advice. I am just getting back into this and I have read a few places that to get back to being competitive in arena that I may have to restart. I am level 80 and was fairly competitive at the peak when I quit (top 100 in arena) should I restart? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I do not, but have googled it and can use that data base. Thank you for the advice Rhunne! I was playing back when cal was 80

If you want to do good in arena restart.

Or farm for over a year and barely be top 100

After hyberdrive bundle if you restart you will face much stronger roasters. So pick a cheap top arena squad like Padme and make your way to the top.

That's not "picking cheap", but picking powerful and really good. They are a meta team.
