Darkhold has already been in the MCU in Agents of SHIELD
The Darkhold, also known as The Book of Sins, is a fictional book (a grimoire) appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Darkhold has appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe television series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Runaways.
“But you know what I always say: Speak softly and drive a big tank.”
is also from some comics, but they are also "reintroducing" it because my guess is that the majority of people that just watch marvel haven't read any of the comics (myself included) so they are showing it in live action for the people that know what it is (if it is indeed what you think it is) and introducing it to the people that don't know what it is. And they are using that to in a way promote the books/comics this stuff is in, similar to a bunch of people going to watch clone wars after seeing Ahsoka in Mando.

While reading up on much of this, because I also never read all the comics, both of the books suggested above are also noted to have copies made and find themselves in the hands of many different people.
So reintroduce may be the wrong word, as it's in the universe and we can see copies of them in different places and times.
Also it's funny to say this, but does S.H.I.E.L.D count??? That "spin off" always seems to be a little disconnected from the universe in the movies, and I never looked into anyone saying that it's all "the same universe"
That's interesting and really makes what's going on with all the suggested shows interesting, as they could be "the wild west" and then each one oics and chooses what carries over. I like the idea, but I see it leading to some issues later. I wonder if there is a long term unified plan, like they did with the stages of the movies before they were released.
When I was a youngling, I really enjoyed stories with the Scarlet Witch and Vision. I would be interested in watching their series, but the ads I have seen look so odd. Have not been compelled in the least to follow the series. And I do not have Disney+ so ...

I have to admit the first 2 episodes give you the oddest feeling, but once they give you the slightest hint as to what is going on (end of 2 or all of episode 3) you start to see what is going on, and it goes from odd to intriguing real quick. went back and rewatched 1 and 2 a few times after that point to try and see what you can see. its a treasure trove of easter eggs about whats going on and coming in the future.

Yh some of the adds are misleading. If you ever choose to get Disney+ I recommend it. And if you follow the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this will likely be important.
