No conquest reward received

Hi, I have completed with 325 points the conquest but I don’t receive any reward or shards of Ahsoka and Maul.
What shall I do? I hope you resolve very soon the problem.
I restart and reinstall the app but nothing.

Have you tried closing the app and restarting? This worked for me.

I hope you get your rewards soon 🤞

You will.need to work with EA help through the in game help button to have them look into this.
