Not a good as with almost any other jedi. Jolee can't revive mission and zaalbar. Actually, any jedi. Even that old republic tank who is in stealth half the time. If you put the same gear level on any jedi as what you were going to put on mission and zaalbar on this team, it will be better.
Not to say mission and zaalbar don't have their users in scoundrel teams. Just not with JKR.
Your 1-10 scale though?
If JMK CAT GK GAS Ahsoka is a 10, and Rose Tico, CUP, Tusken shaman, Lobot and Ugnaught are a 1, then that's a tough scale to fit teams into. I'll go 5.237.

About a 6. Are you trying to use it arena? If so, Grand Master Yoda (GMY) and some other jedi will make it a lot stronger.
