With 160 days left to change my fleet payout time, a cheater recently changed his fleet payout time to my same timeframe. It's never a great feeling rushing and completing an executor fleet and have a good enough fleet to get top 1 in the shard just to lose it in the final seconds to a gear 3 pheonix piloted ships with thrawn lead. This just ain't right. I reported this clown a close to a year ago. Why is nothing being done?

CG's official unofficial position on cheaters: Deal with them or leave.
They already deleted this thread. It's much easier than banning a cheater. What was said there is that CG_LucifersDaddy doesn't work at CG anymore. If that is true, there is no way to report a cheater now.

I might be wrong but it may have been either merged or a duplicate. There's been several cheating threads recently where one could suffice.
Someone is supposedly still monitoring Lucifer’s Daddy’s email account. So continue to send cheating evidence there.
It would be cool if they actually responded to the concerns outlined in that post, especially after so many players agreed and asked for some type of acknowledgement. You know, similar to how a company that values their customer’s feedback would act.
Not just closed. It appears to have been deleted entirely. Just think, in the time it took them to tell Ultra to delete that thread, they could have banned an obvious cheater or two. #priorities

Oof…the only thing worse than not banning cheaters is not banning cheaters and deleting threads that point out the problem. It makes their intent feel less like it’s negligent and more like it’s malicious.

The thread got removed because someone was sharing ally codes of a suspected cheater, which violates the terms of service

There is, someone still still monitors the account. A few people have come here to complain about being banned.

Those people weren't banned by getting reported to LD though AFAIK

No? How were they banned then? In-game report?
The official line is that we're still supposed to report it to LD. If there's another way to do it, we should know how.
There are indeed a couple reporting options depending on what you're seeing. On the forums, you'll want to send those reports to the @CG_Leviathan account via message, not in a public post.
There is also an in-game reporting option that can be used if you come across a player directly and are able to do so.
These methods will need to be used to report cheaters rather than publicly posting identifiable information about them or their account, which is a violation of the forum guidelines and will result in threads being locked and/or removed, as Ultra mentioned.
Threads discussing that typically become unproductive very quickly which is why they're commonly removed.
This thread is being locked at this point before it derails further, please keep the following forum guidelines in mind as well:
Don't "name and shame." If you see a suspected cheater, please report them by using the appropriate tools. We can't take any action against such accounts on the forums, and such posts can lead to harassment.
Don't chat about moderation. Our moderators are here to keep this place happy and helpful for everyone. Discussing the way they do things on the forum is not okay, if you have any questions about your own moderation history feel free to reach out to a moderator or Community manager.
Report A Potential Cheater: If you want to report a potential cheater, please send a message to @CG_Leviathan with details on why you think someone is cheating and your ally code plus the ally code and name of the suspected cheater.

Doesn't seem so. Search for posts from @sigsig shows nothing recent. Posts would remain in the merged thread I assume.
either remove the thread or the problematic reply are both valid actions to take
