Maybe I'm just not understanding this, but my level 6 humbling blow does not give offense up on a kill shot. The target has buffs that would otherwise be debuffed, but whenever it's a kill shot, my team doesn't get the offense up buff.
Should I assume they are resisting that part of the attack? Is this by design or a bug/glitch?

Found it
I feel like that shouldn't matter. I understand that logic, but I feel like it should debuff, then kill. It just feels like a flaw. It's not my fault I killed him on a crit...lol
keep in mind that if HB followed that logic then it would also debuff and go through characters with foresight on. That might be a little too powerful for an already powerful character.
No need to be a d**k. It's an honest question
Found it again. The way we feel about the way buffs, debuffs, or anything else work is irrelevant. What matters is how they actually work. This may change in the future, but it's the way it is for now.
Thanks for the insight. That makes more sense.
From latest update: "Qui-Gon Jinn's Humbling Blow will now correctly grant Offense Up even when defeating its target (Once upgraded to grant Offense Up on Dispel.)"
From the start, I knew killing a unit with a buff with Humbling Blow won't buff my allies and it did not bother me though. It's logical.
Up
Tried it once after the patch and didn't get buffed, but it can fail.
Yeah still not working right all the time haha at least not when i was playing GW last night I
HB still doesnt buff on final hit. I noticed this too as I tried about 5 times in arena and it never buffed.
So yes this is a glitch and was not fixed properly.
Yep - still broked.
Awesome. They give us patch notes - and even the little amount of stuff they include in them is wrong. lol

I beat the REAL T7 Yoda (not the nerfed one) and did so before mods were there to help
