Is there/should there be Accuracy stats?

@EA: if an Accuracy statistic doesn't exist how do characters dodge when having 0 dodge rate? You should clarify is the default accuracy <100% and how much exactly is it, or is the default dodge mistakenly noted as 0.

I don't think we need to have accuracy stat, but I do want understand how can Chewie with zero dodge rating evade an attack when neither his skills, nor leader ability add evasion odds.
