Crystal Subscription - Where to find [RESOLVED]

I feel like a complete dolt, but I cannot for the life of me find out where to purchase a crystal subscription. All I see are one-off purchase options.

    It's $5. If you buy the $4.99 crystal pack and then restart the client it will show up.
