Raid resets itself, progress and guild currency lost

This is the second weekend running now for our guild unfortunately. Our guild leader filed a ticket last weekend that has had no action.

Last Friday our guild leader launched a raid just after midnight (reset time is 1 am central time for us). Several of us hopped on, got on the charts and then went to bed. When we woke up in the morning the raid was no longer active, our progress was lost, and our currency to launch raids with was depleted.

Yesterday evening (7/24) we finally accrued enough currency again to launch a raid and try again. The leader launched it just after midnight again, we threw our punches at the pig-men and signed out for the night. This morning I logged on to see how low the pig-men were only it find the raid inactive and our guild bank empty. Now it will be a week or two before we can even launch another one...and we've lost 2 weeks worth of raid completion/rewards as a result.

As far as trying to narrow down the problem the best info I've got is:

- Both times, the raid was launched with less than an hour until the daily reset
- Both times it was a tier 5 raid
- Guild currency was taken to launch it, and some progress/damage was recorded prior to the daily reset
- After the daily reset, it is as if we never launched a raid - except that the guild currency is gone

@CG_Kozispoon remember ANZ Nerf Herders who were first to lodge this bug. You siad you would seek compensation for us. This was roughly logged 5 weeks ago and we have got nothing. Can you look into this again for us please and get us a eta on compensation? (As I think we have been more than patient)
