In theory it shouldn't happen in November since for this month the last shards are suppose to be given on the 29th and not the the last day of the month so we shouldn't get ripped off like in October where the month turned over. Still don't know how or why it would have been so difficult for them to run a query with our ID's in October to easily see that we fulfilled our end and logged in each day. In a nutshell: Their system had/has a glitch. We pointed it out. They refuse to address. We lose out like it's our fault. Curious.
My daily login rewards change at 11 instead of 12...I have lost rewards because of the time change!!!

As you can see this discussion has been going on for a while, I still hope that there will be some changes or fixes, because this is a bug which they consider as not a bug.
They just know we wont quit for such "meaningless" reason, we did not get any support. He was coming out anyway so they decided to ignore us. It is not okay, it was arrogant and stupid of them. I believe I have contributed more than enough by buying shards but this is all we get for reporting a bug. I wont think, whatever you say, that it is not a bug.

This does not appear to be a bug. It may very well be a day was missed during the monthly daily login.
