Bobba Fett Bug in Galactic War

Bobba Fett's number of lives does not reset when retreating in galactic war.
On my 2nd squad on the final node, Bobba Fett began with 1 life. I reset the battle after he killed someone and got his extra life back. When I re-enteed the battle everything was reset as normal including Baze, and Shoretrooper's taunt. Only difference was that Bobba Fett now has both his lives. He should have one.
It is possible I am going crazy and just remember wrong. But, did anyone else notice this?
