How come no one talks about the turn meter reduction team for these phases then like on the Rancor Raid?
Teebo,
QGJ
Rex
5's
damage dealer
Would this work?
No. Rancor raid is a LOT different from tank raid. GG is insanely fast, and also, he will go no matter what after you hit him 7 times, and p3 b2 counters. The closest thing to reducing tm of him is by doing chirpatine, which the main b2 never goes, but rather counter attacks

There was a guy who posted a ridiculously good run using a turn meter based team a few months ago. He used Jyn and Cassian though and you need to time your attacks to make sure every 7th attack reduces turn meter to avoid him getting 100%. You also need buff immunity and tenacity down on GG the whole time.

of course two people i dont have lol thanks though
Grievous goes berserk every 10th time he takes damage, gaining 100% tm for himself and another ally who taunts. Plus, he gains offense and gets 30% tm if another ally is attacked.
B2 would remove Teebo's stealth.
The p3 rocket trooper has counter attack, which wouldn't be a problem for a stealthed Teebo, but would for Rex. Plus, you can't remove tm from the big gun, unless I'm just totally doing it wrong.
So not saying that team wouldn't necessarily work, just that tank is a different beast and the other combos people have found probably work better.

GG is actually pretty slow -- 150 speed. But every 7 turns he does get full TM, and if there is no buff immunity, he gains tactical maneuvering, which gives him TM every time you attack another droid (and one them taunts, so you have to).
The B2 in P3 actually does take turns -- he gains TM every time he counters. So even under Chirpatine, he'll eventually go, in addition to countering.

They switched Jyn to take away tm before damage, so he'll gain 100% tm anyway now, unless they find another fix for her.

Issue is the 90% TM he gets after he gets the 100% if he has no buff immunity. So he goes like 4 to 6 times in a row...
