Holotable shards for Jawa

Im farming shards the whole time and im sure i got a lot off shards but its not adding up in my inventory. Fix this please! Experienced many issues about the shards! Im thinking of refunding my purchases!

There are two different Jawa characters that look almost identical. Are you sure you're farming Jawa tokens and not Dathcha tokens?

I'm missing jawa shards I was farming them and I only needed one more and it would say I got it in my rewards but it wouldn't show up on my character.
