I collected about 25 shards(5 a day) when released in there. But since then.. absolutely nothing.. I have him 5* G11 though so he gets the job done. It'd be nice to have him available for raids though someday..
Shipments, mod shipments, and the GW, arena, and cantina stores refresh every six hours. Guild and fleet shipments refresh at the same times as you get bonus energy. The shard shop refreshes once per day when you achievements do.
I unlocked him, got enough shards to 4* him, and haven't seen him since. Not that it matters much I can't farm baze anyway, and with my luck it would take me 6 months just to unlock him.
Chirrut is definitely being quite elusive. I've gotten 20 shards for him since his release to fleet shipments and I check every refresh and keep tokens on hand in case he is in there.
I hope it gets better. To put it into perspective how often he appears I've been farming baze's node since their mutual release and I've gotten 40 shards for him. A hard node shouldn't be faster than the fleet store. Although it's probably just rng karma because I got 4 zetas in two attempts on Monday
those times are for PST, i'm not too sure how that translates to other times... whether its the same time (ie 4pm, 10pm, 1am EST), or same hour no matter the time zone

About the same frequency as maul shards, or slave 1/scimitar. I'd say on average one set every 2 days, but you can go a week without, without it being strange.
I have bought 60 shards for him so far, yeah, lucky. I don't think his RNG is weighted, but he is on a slot with 7 chars, so statistically you should see him slightly less than every 2 days.
He's shown up twice for me in Ship shipments, total ****. Obviously a troll by EA for Baze and Chirrut, get used to this troll model for Darth Nihilus and the Phoenix crew.
I didn't have a single shard, he is currently at 3 stars and 10 shards, so that's about 60 shards total? Last few days he hasn't show much, but in the first couple of days he was either 2/3 or 3/3 times in there.
