Maul Potency Tenacity Bug

My opponent's Maul has 8% potency, my R2 has 108% tenacity. Despite this Maul's opening AOE daze hit on 3 out of 3 battles. My chance to resist should be 100%. There is an obvious bug here. I realize Maul gains potency with damage but this is the the opening move so he has not dealt damage yet. Can you please look into this. Thanks.

Obviously you did not read Maul's ability Power of Hatred properly. He should have approximately 50% Potency on top of the visible 8%.

There is a confirmed bug being investigated due to Maul landing daze at will.

Even with this bump his daze is broken

So if it was WAI, why did they fix it?

The bug fix will still not change the fact that Maul should have approximately 50% Potency as a starting base and still does not change the fact that your Tenacity is not high enough to achieve 100% resist rate.
