    Contact EA Help. They'll tell you that once you transfer, you won't be able to access your original account again, but they're wrong, so just say okay, and let them do it.

    Go in the Help Menu on the SWGOH Channel on the EA Site. Than open the require, someone will answer you, If the attendant couldn´t do it for you or told you it´s not possible, then open a new requirement and keep trying ´till it be done. It tooks me 5 times to achieve it.

    I attempted to transfer an account this morning. The chat representative told me he didn't know what the issue was, but that they were having trouble with the transfer, and they would need to email me back within 3-5 days to confirm whether or not they could complete everything.

    Has anyone else seen this issue?

    Edit: Transferring from Android to iOS.

    I just tried to have my 2 devices linked and the person on the chat wanted to see all my previous purchases! I have too many to go back and dig out receipts from the apple store and screen shot every single one. Many what waste EA customer support really is, I mean is it really necessary and why is it?

    Trying to transfer my account to IOS.
    I just gave it my first shot and the chat representative told me that it couldn't be done due to "some security account reasons" even though I'm the only (always has been) owner of both accounts. I guess I'll just need to post it over and over again like you said to get them to move it? Seems really strange..

    I after an hour of back and forth I got - You don't meet "certain" requirements. No transparency on what requirements. I was also hit with the "we don't have a tool to do that" within the same conversation.

    So, I too will put in tickets until I get it done. What a joke. @CG_Kozispoon

    My self now spent 3 days and 12 hours of chat. They claim my recipts from apple isnt authentic...
    I also contected apple store. (I even bought some crystals just to get extra proof, but nonono from EA )And apple confirmed that there is nothing wrong with my apple id game center and connection between swgoh and appstore and the purchases.... I wonder whats the problem????

    I tihnk i sent 15+ screenshots over purchases, ids, my parants names and 100 more security answears....

    EA you should be emberresed how you treat your constumers!

    Some of my friends did it in one hour, my self just got an warning from ea games that I am suspected Phissing.... LOL this is a huge joke.
    I will keep trying I guess. Maby better start a new ticket...hmmm...?

    What's even worse is that I provided every single one of my purchases in screenshot form, but they said it wasn't good enough because they couldn't read the image. They wanted me to go back and create a single screenshot for each purchase. Not sure how that's different.

    Also saw recently that someone sent in every single email receipt for all purchases and still told it wasn't good enough. Perhaps @CG_Kozispoon can get us some clarification on what is actually needed for this process, since the official EA Support documentation is incorrect?

    What Starson Said + now i sent excactly 44 prinsshots. All my boughts in game and more. Have a chat transcription longer than the bible it self. Supportchat with atleast 10 persons. After many security questions They come up with My proof of purchase isn’t the valid for My account. But this is impossble Since i only have one appleaccount and one star goh were I spend money. I followed their guide line to the exact and more... my next hope tomorrow is to try the telesupport. Whish me luck or I have to leave a game after 1000 of hours.... I would never start over from beginning. @CG_Kozispoon please could you look in to this. Sorry I asked before. But It seams I am not alone here stucked without a platform to play on.

    i have experience the frustration it is to deal with the customer service surrounding account transfers/linking. It is possible and requires a bit of patience and perseverance. They should only need a handful of screenshots showing corresponding purchases (your iTunes/play store receipt and emailed confirmation from EA). Just communicate clearly with them and assert your intention.

    I now am able to play on my galaxy tab E and iOS devices back and forth

    So to clarify.. If i was to go through the hassle that is customer support i would be able to play one account both on my iPad and android phone with no issues?

    Reading through comments saying:

    Does this mean once the transfer is complete it won’t link across platforms?

    Yes....one account across both platforms. Although they say progress is separate, THEY are mistaken. It is completely the same. Btw, when i first did this i didnt have to provide any screenshots. Guess it just depends who you get.

    As an iPhone user, will we be able to temporarily switch to a google play platform and get those perks when they’re released (e.g. 7 star Rey with google play purchase) and then switch back to IOS?
