This I have seen happen a few times in both tank and the pit raids, and need to be sorted out, A few complaints from player's in my guild. It says you did not rank high enough to earn a reward.
After all the money I invested in the game, now this **** is happening!!! I got 2 Accounts top in their Arenas and this crap in days like this, make me wanna quit the game" Who is going to refund me all the money I invested in this?? I got the 2 Screenshots and the Guild name is TANTALUS
SO WHAT'S THE SITCH?: Currently experiencing an issue where Guild members are receiving notices like the one below indicating they did not rank high enough for a reward.
**** trying to add picture. Raid was interrupted by "server maintenance" had to restart was at #5. Came back it was over. Cool. Raid rewards pop up and it says " you did not rank high enough to claim rewards." ****? Shows I ranked 5 too!
11 GK and 10 Han shards 1,760,000 credits 280,000 fleet currency 2050 guild currency and some sweet gear not crap with 500 crystals is what should happen only time will tell

UPDATE 02- A NEW inbox message should begin to populate affected Players inboxes. This message should contain the missing Raid rewards.
So do I delete the old inbox message, or should I keep it in my inbox?

Yes. This issue only affected a small window of time which has since been rectified. Players should be able to complete existing Raids without issue. Good question though. I'll add it to the front page
