New Mod Set packs not in Japanese Version of the game

The new mod set packs for the mod anniversary don't appear in the japanese version of the game. Can you please add them?

They are a hoax all the mods are predetermined stat increases

Judging from some screenshots, those packs are still avaiable for some days. It would be cool if all players could profit from them, especially after they got mentioned again in a podcast with two CG employees

There was also a notification of the packs in the Japanese Version - so WAI or not?
