Any thoughts on the post patch Mace?

Anyone who has a high level/starred Mace, how is he after the rework?
Is it worth to star up for the yoda event?

He got a huge buff. I've been knocking down characters to half health with his new passive ability. Basically he has a chance to expose a random enemy and if he hits them he does ridiculously more damage than usual.
