I have many *5 color-mods that i keep.. if i put them in my junk toons, do i need to upgrade them to max level 15, or it will be just fine with lvl 1
A 5-dot level 1 mod is somethong like +2 power, a 5-dot level 15 mod is something like +200 power. Probably more. So, yeah, upgrading them helps!

In the end it doesn't really matter, you're not per definition a "better" player if you accumulated 1.6mil GP the f2p way than if you did the p2p way. It usually just means the f2p player has been playing for a longer duration of time.
