How do you get a test account

It's for swgoh so I can make character reviews and roster reviews and stuff

This is more likely the path you need to follow. Start a you tube make content and they try to reach out to them I'd you are successful (I'm not sure if they reach out to you).

It doesn't start with you getting a test account, or access to any before you are a "known" element. (I don't think)

You could also reach out to any of the known you tubers and ask where to start if this is the road you want to take.
