I really hope that synergies are more useful in the game. Even if it is a separate arena where there are bonuses for using a full synergy. A massive bonus so that everyone uses the best full synergy they have.
These changes most likely won't happen until well into end game though.

I completely agree! Would love to see a Team Synergy bonus, even if the bonus didn't kick in until you were playing with all 5 Toons. Like 25% damage bonus for have full team synergy or something. Even if all team synergy bonus's were the same it would aid in making them possible for end game squad arena and a better pay off for all that farming. I've been going all out Jedi since day 1 cuz well...it's freaking Star Wars. Just keeping my fingers crossed the whole time that they one day become viable for F2P end game Squad Arena.
Currently there is a lot of work required by EA to fix character bugs and change the useless Jedi to make this possible (Mace, Ahsoka, Guardian, Koon etc...).
