If non-unique characters were a thing...

Let's suppose that for any non-unique character in the game (Stormtrooper, Resistance Pilot, Mob Enforcer, etc.) you could have multiples of in squads. What would be the most fun/game-breaking squad you could build?

I think Thrawn/Krennic (L) + 4 x Death Trooper would be fun :D

Nope. Emperor + 4 RG or even better 2 RG + 2 Shoretrooper xDDDDDD

That would be fun and add a whole new mechanic/strategy to the game. Like after 7*ing death or shoretrooper, be given an option to add another one to your roster with any extra shards you receive instead of giving it to the shard shop.
I like the idea of Nihilus with 2 ST and 2 SA.

Although the zombies would have to have different healths to avoid them being beaten by aoe

You're quite the veteran to this game and the forums Mr. Leef,
What say you about the possibility of such a mechanic as this? Would it be good for the game? Do you believe it would it cause any problems for the devs?

I'd also really like to try Phazma + 4 FOO - I wonder if it'd be enough to be almost like a Resistance team and just lock down the other side.

for defense: 5 zombie nightsisters... You'd have to kill them all at once.

CLS with 4 R2D2's ? Weren't they mass produced at one point? Or at least R2's

Yeah that there is probably why multiple unique characters will never be a mechanic in this game. lol.

Was wondering about a pack of Imperial Probe Droids (probably need a little something else to make it work).

Would be very bad and make balancing characters nearly impossible. The issue is making a single instance of that character viable without making multiples of them OP. Not saying this is OP, but take Shoretrooper for example - they would share a max health uniqe - which would stack pretty crazy and you'd have 4 taunts and 4 big heals and CD immunity all over the place. The development aspect begins to break down there though - what do you do as a dev - do you weaken the single Shoretrooper on the expectation that people may run 4x Shoretrooper? Do you balance the character to being used in a 2x setup? 3x setup, etc.
